Q. I ordered the wrong size, Can I change my order ?

A. Customers should contact us by phone or email at the earliest opportunity should they wish to change or cancel an order. Changes are dependent on the stage of manufacture and there is a minimum charge of 20% for cancellation.

Q. I've received my order and I've ordered the wrong size. Can I return my items ?

A. No. All our products are ' made to order ' and may not be returned. It is the customers responsibility to make absolutely sure the sizes ordered will fit their space and are 100% correct. If unsure, customers should contact us prior to ordering. In the event customers have ordered incorrect sizes / products, we may be able to supply replacement products or components at a reduced rate. Customers should contact us for details.

Q. My mattress is too hard or too soft, can I return or exchange it ?

A. All our products are ' made to order ' and may NOT be returned. However, we may be able to supply an alternative product at a discretionary reduced rate. Customers should contact us for details.

Q. You website says FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND EXCLUDING POSTCODES AB, IV, KW, PA & PH. We live in one of the excluded postcodes, can we still order from you and what is the extra charge for delivery ?

A. Customers requiring delivery to AB, IV, KW, PA & PH postcodes should contact us before ordering. Most goods can be delivered to these postcodes. Extra charges are calculated on the number, weight and dimensions of the products required.

Q. Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Chanel Islands, Isle of Wight etc ?

A. No, we can only deliver to parts of the UK that are accessible by ROAD.

Q. Can I specify a particular delivery day ?

A. Absolutely, we will always try to accommodate specific delivery requests. Customers should contact us prior to or shortly after ordering. However requests cannot be guaranteed and are accepted on a 'best efforts' only basis.
